ClickBank Given A Face Lift - Does It Matter?
If you are a ClickBank user you will have noticed their website has been given a face lift. The image of the group of corporate people has gone and been replaced with a male character sketch. The colors have changed from the “corporate” blues to the “social web 2.0″ red-yellow-green colors. The other item that is new on the home page is the “Client Earnings Paid Out” meter. I’m not sure what its purpose is as it keeps incrementing by $11 only.
I checked out ClickBank’s press releases and could not find any news to indicate this change was on its way. It appears users were not notified that this change would occur and what the changes were. Changing the ClickBank brand does not really matter to me. My first instinct was that the site had been hacked so I did not log-in to my account until I verified it was ClickBank’s site.
All the usual functions are still there and you can now use a new feature to encrypt the hop link with the “hop link” shield.
I like ClickBank’s servcies as they are simple to use. It could do with a few more useful features and enhancements such as:
- Speeding up the log-in page
- More extensive and faster real time statistics similar to Google Analytics
- Extending direct payment to more countries
While the face lift is a change, most ClickBank users would probably like to see further features and enhancements that help them sell and track more of their products and services.
Have your say. What new features and enhancements would you like ClickBank to add to their site?
