How To Find Out If Your Site Has Been Banned From Google
Sunday, July 15th, 2007Internet marketers expect their web sites to be indexed and ranked by Google eventually, but if your web site is not showing up in the Google search results is it because it has been banned? How do you find out if your web site has been banned? In my search for more free tools, I came across this useful tool called “Google Banned Tool” for checking to see if your web site has been banned by Google. The tool uses two different methods to check to see if a web site is in the Google database. There are basically three reasons that you web site may not be listed in the Google search results:
- Your web site has yet to be spidered by the Google bot
- Your web site has been sandboxed by Google
- Your web site has been banned by Google
This tool is one quick way to check to see if you have been banned by Google. The tool is geared towards those who think they may have been banned from Google.
You can check it out at Google Banned Tool.
